I'm Suzie Yong, an experienced HR Director and accredited workplace mediator. With over 25 years' experience managing complex workplace issues, I understand the commercial and human impact that unresolved conflict can have on organisations.
My approach combines deep HR expertise with an intuitive understanding of people, relationships and different perspectives. Calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused, I help leaders, managers and organisations navigate difficult situations with clarity and confidence.
